Accessibility statement
Everyone deserves easy access to support.
Last updated 2026-09-30. I want this website to be easy to use for everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, magnification, or other assistive technology.
My goal
I aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. These guidelines help make web content more usable for people with disabilities, and they are the standard most often used for the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
What I have done
- Text and buttons meet color-contrast guidelines, and text can be enlarged up to 200% without losing content.
- Every page can be used with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus outline and a "Skip to content" link.
- Pages use clear headings, landmarks, and labels so screen readers can navigate them.
- Images have text alternatives, and decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
- Moving content can be paused, and animation is turned off if your device is set to reduce motion.
- Every way to reach me (text, call, email, and chat) is a simple link or button, and none of them is required: any one of them works.
Third-party tools
The live chat window is provided by tawk.to and is not fully under my control. If it is hard to use, please text, call, or email me instead. I will respond the same way.
